LECTURE VENUE
School will be held at Lecture Hall in the Public Relations Center (Houshako Fukyu-to). Please refer to the SPring-8 Campus Map for Cheiron School.
GUEST HOUSE
Check-In: 16:00-22:00 Check-Out: -10:30
If you arrive after 22:00, please contact the Guest House front desk in advance. Phone: 0791-58-0933
We will book SPring-8 Guest House for all the participants.
Please make payment in cash (Japanese Yen) at the time of check-out. The room rate is 2,000 JPY/night. *Cheiron School will make payments for the fully funded participants in advance.
INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless Internet access is available at all area in SPring-8 site.
CAFETERIA
The cafeteria offers a selection of food: Japanese, Western and Chinese food, noodles, curry, etc. Payment has to be made by a rechargeable prepaid card. Please load money onto the card using the machine located just inside the entrance before use.
Breakfast: 8:00 - 9:30
Lunch: 11:30 - 14:00 Open 7 days a week
Dinner: 17:30 - 19:30
Cafeteria Card will be provided at the Cheiron School registration desk.
Food Cost: 300 - 500 JPY per meal.
SHOP KIRARI
Shop Kirari is located in the cafeteria building and open 11:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 20:00 on weekdays.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that payment by credit card is not acceptable in SPring-8 site.
We strongly recommend that you withdraw enough cash at the airport upon your arrival. Japan is generally safe, so do not worry about being robbed.
